Here comes the reciepe for what I had for lunch
Salmon and Quinoa Salad
one salmon piece
pesto
lime
sea salt
Quinoa Salad:
quinoa
lettuce
tomatoes
cucumber
goji berries
hemp seeds
sundried tomatoes
1. Spread the pesto on the salmon, put some salt and squeez some lime juice on top
2. Put it in the oven for about 20 minutes (depends on the oven)
3. Cook quinoa for about 10 minutes and make the salad.
A very easy but delicious healthy lunch that won't take very long to make and
