What an intense day or at least the afternoon was.
I just got home from our 2 hour long team meeting we had about our season but mainly about our freshmen vs upperclassmen situation. It got intense but towards the end it felt really good and it even ended up with a few tears from at least me and our little freshmen. Feels way better now between us or almost between all of us.
So hopefully things will be better from now on...

Right now I am sitting here bundledup in my sweats with a cup of tea and crispbread and about to start my marketing test... it is a perfect day to just drink tea or hot chocolate because it is really cold out there and just started to rain :(
I hate this because it means that the fall for real is on its way...
