new week.
Woow, just got home from workouts and oh man it was a tough one today. I definetly felt that my body was tired because I couldnt handle the weights I had on my sheet at all so of course i got a little yelled at from one of my lifting coaches.. I hate that because I dont wanna be the one who can't handle the weights. But I guess we all have those days when you are not on top!
Just showered and made myself a recovery drink that my friend ville told me to try so we'll see how these stuff works :) It better work because I can already feel that awful soreness in my muscles. Time to get ready and go to school so I can study for my management test and then I have a couple of more classes and then practice. After practice im actually going to take it easy and just spend time with myself which I dont get to do that often because everything is just boom boom boom here and I love to have that time with myself when you dont do anything.
